I had an issue with a leaking faucet in my bathroom in my condo and they sent someone out right away to look at it. They then ordered a new faucet for me and returned in a couple of days to install it. Eric was really professional and efficient and the office staff were really quick in contacting me to set up an appointment. I would definitely use them again if another plumbing issue arises.

Duane arrived promptly and worked fastidiously on a fix for my leaky shower. Within 45 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and within another 30 minutes had it wrapped up and was on his way. Shortly after moving into my new apartment, the air conditioning had stopped working. Our concierge referred us to Pacific West Mechanical. From our first phone call, their customer service and response times exceeded our expectations. Tony arrived at our home and clearly explained their findings. The technician was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, we had to get a new unit. It took a few weeks for the unit to arrive, but every time I called in for an update, they were very pleasant, understanding,and told me the exact status. As soon as it arrived, they came to install it and I have not had any problems since! The work was completed as quoted. Strongly recommend.
Our downtown condo recently had low water pressure to the entire suite. We originally had two other plumbers attend, but neither of them could resolve the issue. Pacific West Mechanical attended, reviewed our suite and the building’s equipment. They were able to quickly resolve the issue off the building’s equipment and restore our water pressure.
