Pacific West Mechanical Ltd. is a licensed, insured, and bonded mechanical services company specializing in service, maintenance, and troubleshooting for high-rise residential buildings. Since 2004, we’ve focused on delivering dependable solutions that keep critical building systems operating smoothly and safely.
Pacific West Mechanical supports the mechanical systems that keep Metro Vancouver’s most demanding multi-family residential high-rises running. We specialize in managed buildings—the towers run by professional property managers—where the expectation is simple: fix it properly, document it clearly, and stand behind your work.
The work we do is diverse and highly technical—high-efficiency boilers, chillers, cooling towers, VRF/VRV systems, hydronics, pressure reducing valves (PRVs), booster packages, dehumidification, drainage, and the supporting equipment that keeps modern high-rise buildings operating reliably.
We don’t believe in “patch and go.” We fix problems at their root, document work clearly, and stand behind every job. Our proprietary Pacific West Stacking Plan gives our team and clients access to equipment service history, invoices, and equipment data which helps to streamline reporting, transparency, and planning.

Founded in 2004 with a focus on high-rise condo service and maintenance, Pacific West Mechanical grew by becoming the go-to partner for managed buildings. Over time, the company expanded into HVAC to match what property managers needed: one mechanical partner who can handle the full system.
In 2022, Brent Timmerman and Jody Law joined as Co-CEOs to lead the next chapter of growth.
